      Proctor and Gamble manufactures two of the biggest brands in the world (Pampers and Always) in its facility in Jeddah. For this assignment, I worked as a Department Manager leading 4 (Outbound, Inbound , I-Trade and Customization department) of 22 employees and reported to the site Supply Chain Group Manager. My objectives were to run the supply chains following the synchronization concept (End to End) to supply centralized/non-centralized row materials on time with the best optimized costs, in compliance with the international/local regulations which leading to ship the finished, customized products to the customers meeting their satisfactions in terms of quality and time. Main Responsibilities: o Running the supply chain operations with zero safety, quality, internal control issues. o Starting up new initiative of the preparation center to supply the production lines with the standardized row martials targeting zero operational failures due to defected preparation. o Reducing all types of costs and increasing the storage capacity to absorb rapid changes of newcompetitive edge initiatives. o Restructured and incorporated the SC departments to enable reducing the RPM, FP inventory, implementing the flow to work, run to target and ownership concepts across all of the departments.
