  Duties and tasks • Involved in preparation of Tender Documents. • Prepare drawings and documents needed for the project. • Attend bid opening sessions. • Preparation of evaluation reports (Technical and Financial). • Preparation of Contracts after awarding the projects. • Coordinate and organise between consultant and external agencies. • Provide assistance to project manager. • Coordinate, review and assess contract submittals. • Prepare the required reports for the projects (i.e. monthly report, Quarterly reports) on progress with updates for the schedules of the project. • Management of the office (Coordinate with the team, coordinate with our interna-tional experts and manage the project office). • Supervision of works on site in accordance with contract documents, drawings, technical specifications etc; ensuring correct implementation of works according to contract, design, quality of materials & workmanship • Checking, recording and testing of completed works before they are covered by the contractor • Review, comment and make recommendations on the construction methodology, shop drawings, equipment submittals, and other construction-related work. • Inspect regularly, including sample testing where required, materials and work-manship to ensure that the works are being carried out in compliance with the terms and conditions of the relevant Contract Documents • Supervise and Witness water tightness and pressure testing and any required test-ing of the implemented structures and networks.
