Ray is a Excellent Designer with a great eye for aesthetics. Recently i had the pleasure of working with Ray, and he produced several amazing site redesign skins while I worked with him. Ray has a deep knowledge of photoshop, but is also expanding his horizons into front end development to round out his skills as a designer and taking to the front end like a fish to water. Ray is a valuable and dedicated person, and would be a asset to any position in need of a designer, and he has the unique ability to grow to meet expanded duties.

Ray is a faster learner and always eager to improve his skill sets. While working at Demand as a designer, he put himself through a lot of training to learn how to code html5+css3 and never shy about asking good questions. As a designer, he's also very good at grasping the product direction. He's always proactive about his design by providing multiple design options for the team to choose. He's also probably one of the hardest working person i've ever met.
