Shad Ruffin

Since we were children I’ve seen how driven Ramon is, and that has carried on through high school, college, post-graduate and professional work. Ramon has worked diligently to improve both his life and the lives of those around him, be that through counseling, educating, entertaining and even last year donating a kidney to his father. The strength of character in ones personal life is a direct reflection of who they are professionally. I believe Ramon will add immeasurable value as a supervisor, colleague and employee to whichever professional role he fills. He is knowledgeable, but more than that, he will be a great fit to improve any team’s relationship/dynamic.
