      I work for a private International college. I look after all of the food operations including the retail units over a multi site organisation. We are currently catering for around 4,000 meals per day. My roll has also taken me over to the USA to develop our operation in the states. My job is to develop the food offerings with an International flare. I design and calculate the cost of the food production. I design the layout of the dinning rooms and kitchen equipment. I implement and maintain the high level of food hygiene across all our sites achieving a 5 star rating by the food standards agency. I develop all of the head chefs to lead and train younger staff members to progress to the next level. My job roll also requires me to cover accounting, employment law, HR related issues, project managing for new builds within the operations group.
