I worked with Ray for a number of years during his time at Hypercom and then Spire. He was always the guy to phone if you wanted to get to the bottom of an issue, and more importantly, actually get it resolved! Great attention to detail and thorough understanding of all the various complexities which could hinder payments roll-outs, he was the one person I knew would definitely give me a straight answer rather than woolly vagueness. He never made a promise he didn't deliver and this built a great long term working partnership.
