It consisted replacing all the lead water pipes from the main pipe to the customers boundary, and the installation of meter option boxes. I was dealing with a large volume of materials through suppliers in limited space and on a tight completion programme. I also organised the labour, plant hire, inductions, toolbox talks and risk assessments. With the limited space we had on site I also organised material waste clearance as well as stock taking and making sure all workforce were fully equipped with materials for the jobs they were doing and general supervision of everyone on site to maintain a safe working environment.
