Key achievements include spearheading the marketing for AIESEC's 2021 spring membership recruitment, resulting in the highest number of new members recruited in recent years. I initiated a project comprising three seminars on diverse career aspects: cross-disciplinary collaboration, personal branding, and entrepreneurship. The project aimed to extend beyond traditional career-related skills, emphasizing AIESEC's core principle of "impact." We sought to guide students towards clearer career directions, realizing their potential, and fostering a mindset prioritizing positive influence in future workplaces. 1. Cross-disciplinary Collaboration: In the 21st century, dominated by technology, exposure to the tech industry is essential across all disciplines. The modern workplace demands not only technical expertise but also effective communication across diverse fields, making cross-disciplinary skills indispensable. 2. Personal Branding: This seminar focused on effective self-marketing through resumes and interviews, ensuring individual strengths are highlighted to attract genuine curiosity from employers. Topics covered crafting a compelling resume, enriching experiences during university, and creating a lasting impression in interviews. 3. Entrepreneurship: In an era of diverse applications, entrepreneurship has become a prevailing trend. This seminar aimed to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset, recognizing the influence of globalization and technology on reshaping traditional career paths. Participants were encouraged to view themselves as entrepreneurs, leveraging entrepreneurial thinking to swiftly adapt to the ever-changing market. These initiatives not only enhanced AIESEC's engagement with the student community but also equipped participants with valuable skills and perspectives for their future careers.
