  I have a wide range of responsibilities as Northbridge grew from a few people and a single-culture to a multi-cultural then multi-campus congregation of over 400. I developed missional outreach to people who are far from God, grew the church primarily through conversion growth, oversaw metrics for healthy church growth, and implemented a system for leadership development that produced elder leaders, missionaries, and church planters within 10 years. With my guidance the leadership team at Northbridge created a comprehensive strategy for discipleship, increased the consistency and impact of Sunday worship through proven means of worship production and training, focused hospitality leaders in the art of giving excellent service, and refined a process that connects guests and guides them into membership and spiritual maturity.
