  Formulated and implemented policies and procedures that provided overall direction for all facets of Dillon Aero operations within guidelines established by the Board of Directors and consistent with the newly-created Dillon Aero Executive Delegations of Authority. Planned, directed and coordinated activities at the highest level of management by leading subordinate Directors and Managers. Primary objective was to meet company operational and financial goals. Operational goals are largely measured by On-time Performance, Percent of Conforming Parts to Customers, Percent of On-time Delivery from Suppliers and Percent of Conforming Parts from Suppliers as defined in Dillon Aero’s ISO Quality Standards Financial Controller functions responsible for directing all internal and external financially related activities. Formulated and implemented tax saving strategies. Over $2.5M saved in four years, with ongoing tax structures designed to save additional taxes moving forward. Developed and maintained US Government-compliant pricing models, to include calculations of several, complex overhead rates that are significantly scrutinized during contract negotiations. Risk Management to include identifying risks and making recommendations to the Board. Performed Treasury Management functions to include maintaining the safety, security and other fiduciary responsibilities over Dillon Aero’s financial assets. Worked with outside legal counsel to appropriately manage compliance activities, corporate governance matters, HR issues and other topics as necessary. Managed HR processes related to hiring and recruiting, drafting and execution of employment agreements, terminations and maintenance of Dillon Aero’s Organization Chart. Acting Chief Information Officer – developed Dillon Aero’s technical architecture, data security and disaster recovery procedures. Worked with outside accounting firms for general ledger updates, accounting Reviews and full Audits.
