First off, let me start by saying that Prashantha is one of the most talented and creative chefs I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. I count her as a good friend after getting to know her better in 2016 during a passionate speech she gave that year about the power of raw food. Naked Food was my home away from home for many years. Taking one step into her gorgeous restaurant, I was always pleased to be free of the busy sounds of Taipei. Stepping into Naked Food was like stepping into another world. She created her own little world for us and filled it with love and warmth. For a restaurant located in the heart of Taipei, Naked Food was quiet, elegant, beautiful, and full of delicious treats. It was my favorite restaurant in Taipei for many years. Not only does Prashantha pay the utmost attention to everything that emerged from her kitchen, but she was also one of the most welcoming restaurant owners I've ever met. She always took the time to greet her guests and spend some time educating us. Prashantha is a creative genius with food and understands the mind/body connection between eating well. Rest assured that if you are fed by Prish, you'll go home feeling terrific and knowing a little bit more about the life-giving qualities of wholesome raw foods. Prashantha was a mentor to me in many ways. In addition to feeding me on a regular basis, she also taught me a lot about how she prepares her dishes and was always willing to talk to me about the science behind her delectable creations. Her seasonal menus were a delightful treat and always delicious. She was the first person to introduce me to raw, vegan food, and I owe much to her for this. In addition to her exceptional culinary skills, Prashantha is an excellent public speaker, and a talented writer and designer with a keen eye for detail. I have also had the pleasure of watching Prashantha during her catering events. She is a hard-working individual who is very passionate about everything she does. Eating with Prashantha is like eating at an art gallery - the food is exquisitely presented and so beautiful, it's almost hard to eat because you don't want to ruin the beauty of her dishes. Her creations are epic and she is well known in Taiwan for being Taipei's finest raw food chef. I had the pleasure of assisting Prashantha with her website for her restaurant (Naked Food) in Taipei in 2017 and early 2018. She was a delight to work with and I can say with utter certainty that working with her on her website was one of the most creative projects I worked on in the last two years. She knows exactly what she wants and how she wants to present it. Not only is Prashantha a talented chef, but her eye for detail and exceptional skills at knowing her customers are second to none.
