      Studying the signaling pathways involved in BCR-ABL leukemogenesis. Recent studies have shown that CDK6 functions as a transcriptional regulator in a kinase-independent manner. The aim of the my thesis was to identify the peptidic sequence responsible for CDK6's transcriptional regulation which would allow the development of a new therapeutic treatment for leukemia.       Internship at the International Atomic Agency Agency in the Animal Production and Health Lab.The aim of the project was to produce RNA standards for the real-time PCR (RT-qPCR) diagnostics test of the Peste des Petits Ruminants (PPR). Following the transcription into RNA of the plasmid of interest, I role was to the development of a protocol for the purification of the synthesized RNA.
