As a Maintenance Manager in one and only white water rafting facility in middle east, I responsible for the White Water Rafting Channels (Entire Rafting Mechanism including Channels), Surf Pool (Wave Generating Machines including Pumps), Wake Park and Air Park (All the rope courses activities including wake boarding), Building Maintenance (Electrical – Sub Stations, LV panels, MCCs, DBs, SMDBs & ELDBs / Plumbing – Water, Drainage, Fire Fighting & Gas / AC – More than 300 ton Capacity including VRF and Other all types / PA system / CCTV), Water Filtration system (Pressure Filters / Dosing Systems / UV sterilizers / Heating & Cooling system for Pools), Kitchen Equipment Maintenance, Lighting & Audio Visual Maintenance. Duties: •Managing a team of Technicians, plumbers, carpenters, pit fitters, welders, painters, electricians, A/C technicians and water quality specialists. •Performing daily Maintenance, Electrical and Plumbing - (MEP) inspections and ensure no down time of any attractions including fire safety equipment •Performing Risk assessments on all MEP activities and ensuring all Personal Protective equipment, as well as Caution of substance hazardous to health (COSHH) analysis assessments. •Managing and ensure the water quality of the facility (Approximately 48,000 m3) up to the required standard by following the international standard. •Managing and control the material including chemicals, maintenance consumables and controls the Maintenance tools and equipment( including SAP control) while reviewing all the equipment and plant warranties. •Managing the Vendor list and suppliers by assuring the AMCs (Annual Maintenance Contracts) are up to date. •Prepare & Maintain the Maintenance Budget while implementing the CapEx. •Managing the annual performance evaluations, training and development to achieve company goals. •Managing the Park Landscaping by Promoting Green Policy. Duties: • Hands on experience in Flour milling process & Wheat Cleaning process (3600MT/day Total milling capacity of Buhler made Flour mill) • Hands on experience in Pelletizing Process in pellet mill. (700MT/day Total Capacity Buhler Plant) • Was in charge of Flour Packing section (Average Capacity 72000 bags per day) and Bag printing Process for the customer demand. • Handle Enterprises Recourse Planning (ERP) and Material Recourse Planning (MRP) system in factory (Move X and Lawson platforms). • Monitor stock situations and daily issues to ensure all resources are readily available to start production on time as well satisfy the customer demand. • Plan, implement and monitor attendance system, shift work schedules and overtime schedules to ensure production in Production Department. • Directly involved to equipment calibration which is used in mill and packing section (Flow balancers, Flour Scale, Moisture Controller, Transflowtron, Metal Detectors & etc.) • Carrying out upgrading/installation of new machines, attending/rectifying major machine breakdowns, upgrading process efficiencies and general maintenance in Production department. • Handle the Quality Management System (QMS) in Mill and Packing section with ISO 9001, ISO 22000 & HACCP standard and maintaining the documents. • Inspect process areas during shifts to ensure non conformances are detected and corrective actions are taken to minimize losses and maintaining the Hygiene in the section. • As an internal auditor carrying out internal audits, identifying issues while taking corrective actions and handling customer complaints. • Evaluate training needs and organize training programmes for all staff in production department annually as per the requirements & competency matrix. • Engaged with Flour silos and other necessary Fumigations.
