Kenneth Tenny
I got the opportunity to closely work with Ravin during his 3+ years Engineering Manager stint at Maximl. During the time period when he was my manager during my SDE stint (before I formally transitioned to a PM role), he gave me room to grow in all aspects there are. He never hesitated to delegate important responsibilities to me. He helped me don multiple hats, from helping in DevOps transformation to interacting with important customers for user research. He provided me complete autonomy to contribute to several full-stack product implementations in collaboration with the Product team, which helped us cater to important pain points in the user engagement and Infrastructure roll-out processes. He not only made sure that he appreciated my work, but also made sure that he gave constructive feedback to help me improve in various aspects. Over time, He has been able to inculcate good work ethics (like over-communicating) in the team, which has helped us in collaborating efficiently with our customers and with all the stakeholders in our team. He was instrumental in building up good team culture and helped the team become a missionary one by involving the team in important strategic and decision-making discussions. I have been fortunate to work with a good mentor like him. Along with the mammoth efforts that he puts into the team, I feel that he has been a very considerate, modest and respectful person, which makes him a great leader by example.

Worked as Engineer reporting to CTO, Samir Otiv. I owned the main product at Maximl and grew it to support 5X revenues. Massive re-engineering effort was undertaken to bring in efficiency. We established a lot of process to ensure we can support more developers and increase productivity. I also took ownership of deployment of a new low code platform for deskless workers during my tenure using kubernetes on Azure/AWS cloud environments.
