  This is a web-based application to store data of both clients and advisors are serviced through three websites Online Banking, Online Brokerage, Financial Accounts. As major part of Capitec clients are online clients and information of these clients keep changing, this application helps to maintain update information about the client. Purpose of this application is to have updated and consistent client information across all sites, client data is maintained in the backend. We receive data sheets from the onsite to validate the accuracy of data across these sites. We login using the credentials provided and check that all the details entered are as per the data sheet received and should meet the roles mentioned in the data sheets. We check the client’s name, address, primary, location, ph. Num, email address etc. Client online self service enables the clients to change the address and phone number information and view beneficiary information. Show less
