  My responsibilities as HRD : - Input absent recap employees every month - calculate employees overtime fee every month - calculate KPI total Incentive Sales/employees every month - calculate and control the data of medical employees in accordance with the budget - Registering new employee to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan - and others task administration My responsibilities as Payroll Supervisor : Responsible for the preparation and payment of employee benefits along with documentation such as : - Make Payelement for each work location - Calculating and checking letter of overtime which has signed by each departement - Calculating incentive data and check the completeness which has signed by each departement - Filling payroll document every month - Reconcile of dues BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (Jamsostek) by using SIPP System and reporting base base on payroll data
