This involves maintaining optimal temperature levels, regulating the flow of raw materials, and precisely controlling the coating thickness. Being part of the hot end department demands a strong technical background and a deep understanding of the glass production process. I am continually learning and gaining hands-on experience to improve my skills in operating and troubleshooting the glass coating machine. Collaboration and communication are also crucial aspects of my work. I work closely with a team of experienced engineers and technicians to ensure the smooth functioning of the production unit. Together, we strive to optimize the production process, minimize downtime, and ensure that the final product meets or exceeds customer expectations.
