  I have been working in Toshiba Elevators as a maintenance Technician for 3 years, JOB PROFILE : * Responsible in trouble shooting the machines if there is any problem and Complaint from the Clients. * Work includes - Electrical works of elevator Commissioning, testing, Troubleshooting, conducting 3rd party inspection. * Responsible in troubleshooting and analyzing of minor and major problems of Elevators. * Elevators with or without drawing and do repair or parts replacement whenever necessary. * Responsible for investigating problems relating to operation of Elevators. * Handle task of determining the root cause of defects or problems and make necessary arrangement for repairing to solve issues effectively. * To check the operation of OSG ( Over Speed Governor ) * To repair or replace parts such as locks, gears, cables, and electric wiring. * Connect electrical wiring to control panels and electric motors and inspect wiring connections of control panel, door drive and motor. * Adjust safety controls,counter weights, door machanisms, and components such as valves, ratchets, seals, and brake linings. * Inspect wiring connections, control panel hookups, door installations, and * Alignments and Clearances of cars and hoist ways to ensure that equipment will operate properly.
