  Besides teaching students of the age group 14 to 18, I got an opportunity to manage time-tabling of the teachers, allocation of duties to staff for curricular and co-curricular activities, was a part of the recruitment board (hiring people for various teaching posts) of the school, examination office, collaboration with the other schools' academicians for curricular and co-curricular events, communication with parents, making of the school policies. It was a wholesome experience.
