      I did my work experience with British Airways for 5 days at Heathrow Terminal 3. This work experience gave me the opportunity to expand and improve on my communication skills with members of the public that come from different backgrounds and to contemplate the importance of teamwork in order to accomplish your task under a time limit for example, boarding customers and assisting customers at self-service machines. Working with British Airways meant that you needed to pay fine attention to people's details such as their travel documents. This is because although you represent the company, you are also in charge of others' safety. (My main duties were: welcoming customers to the terminal, labelling customer bags, ensuring customers travel documents are correct, boarding customers, welcoming premium customers to airport lounges, assisting customers at self-service machines.)
