Rav is so much more then a Manager, he has been a great mentor in my career within TELUS, and has continued to be a mentor to me as well. Rav has helped me to career path from a inside sales rep to a successful account executive. Rav has taught me and continues to assist me in expanding my business acumen skills. Rav has always pushed me to be the best that I can be, while teaching me better ways to conduct myself in a professional manner.

Rav is a gifted sales leader who cares deeply about his people, their performance and contributing to the big picture. When I first met Rav he was more motivated to become a leader than anyone I had ever met before. He wanted to talk about leadership, sales strategy and business so much that he 'tricked' me into playing NHL on Xbox live so he could ask me questions outside of working hours (I don't think he ever beat me, he was probably taking notes). Rav pushed me to be a better leader so I could teach him more. His thirst for exceeding goals was and still is infectious. To this day I look forward to his calls to hear about his new challenge, what he is working on and who he is now developing.
