Worked on a management-solution project that focused on reducing stubble-burning in North India, particularly Punjab, by making win-win partnerships with farmers, which involved setting up of economical oyster mushroom farms and bio-compost pits(both in-situ) that used left-over stubble after harvest season on the farm itself to make useful products, which were later transported and sold in the market for a profit through Baisakhi.Learnt many lessons in practical problem-solving and developing sustainable business models, which were ,not to be surprised, extremely difficult to build, given the fact that so many research, price-forecasting and situation-specific problems come about while building a start-up. Moreover, the importance of understanding the consumer was magnified by our visits to farms around Greater Noida, to deeply understand the crux of the problem.Ended up getting a fourth prize at Bennett University's HULT-Prize On-campus round! Great experience! Shall use it to build a better idea in the future!

Teen-run organisation, with 90+ members, registered with the Government of India successfully completed 6 events in various spheres of social reform and striving for a better tomorrow.Collected over 35 thousand clothes from schools and housing societies all over Pune, and donated them to Ashrams, the poor and farmers in remote areas of the country after processing while being instrumental in doing the same with the help of The Orchid School. Managed over 30 people directly, to guide ,lead and promote collection of clothes in the Orchid School and managed to collect 300 kgs of clothes, 350 notebooks and 30 kgs of stationary which was donated to Goonj NGO, at its Thane office.
