Siemens supplied all the hybrid power train components: AC/DC inverters, DC/DC, electrical motors (asynchronous or PEM motors), generators, power and signal cables, STW control unit/gateway, gearboxes, brake resistor and Ultracaps.Follow-up of all the projects in Spain: from the presales when the customer want to make a new project, technical offer to the customer, place the order, delivery status, commissioning, tests, final release, trainings, series production and service..Commissioning of every prototype vehicle: install control software and parameter settings and check all the system and component variables with SIADIS (Siemens Automotive Diagnosis Tool). Check all the CAN messages (with PCANExplorer, similar to CANAnalyzer) and communication of the power/hybrid train with all the other parts of the vehicle (Batteries, Engine, Dashboard, Steering Pump...). Parameters optimization.Drive Tests: test of prototype vehicles on the road to check the performance and all the variables of the system.Safety Tests: check the failure reaction of our control system: overspeed, overcurrent, DC shortcircuit, Control Unit failures...Design checks: Installation checking on prototype vehicles: cabling (DC and AC low and high voltage, signal cables and CAN bus), electrical connections, mechanical integration, insulation resistance measurement, check the values read from all the sensors.Service: Diagnosis and Failure Analysis. With SIADIS or PCANExplorer. On site or remotely with support from the customer.
