I had the pleasure of working with Raul when he undertook an eight week internship helping to plan and deliver a student welcome and induction programme. From the outset Raul demonstrated excellent project management skills, efficiently organising his own workload and effectively engaging stakeholders throughout the planning process. He also helped to supervise a team of interns and volunteers during the delivery of the programme and in doing so demonstrated his ability to lead and delegate effectively. The end result was a programme that has received very positive feedback from staff and students alike. Throughout his internship I was impressed at the level of care Raul invested into the project, he clearly took a personal pride in delivering the best result he possibly could. Most of all though I would highlight how much fun it was working with Raul – his positivity and great sense of humour helped to motivate the whole team. I think that Raul would be an asset to any organisation and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Raul. I came to know him as a truly valuable asset to absolutely any team, he always manages to bring out the best in other employees. His enthusiasm to deliver, determination to succeed and hardworking attitude set him head and shoulders above the rest. Raul gives any task 100% and sees it through to the end.
