The Bright Arena team to help our best and brightest innovators bridge the science-to-product gap in deep technology.- I've designed and delivered entrepreneurship and innovation programs for world renowned research institutes and organisations- uplifting capability across organisations and identifying new opportunities for investment- Lifted the innovation capability of organisations via: 1) Working with leadership to identify champions, early adopters and projects to catalyse capability uplift 2) Training of hundreds of researchers in entrepreneurship 3) Coaching of many many nascent intra/entrepreneurs- Triaged and built an innovation portfolio- Enabled $10's of millions in pre-seed, seed and grant funding and revenue into start-ups & teams- My programs have returned over 25X ROI for organisations- Supported IP protection from Provisional application to National phase Bright Arena is lucky enough to support leaders of Australia's largest institutes on their quest for impact through Health and Medical innovation, from CSIRO and WEHI, to SAHMRI, JDRF and Melbourne Health. We understand transformative technology is based on scientific discovery, invention or true technological innovation.

  Worked with a world renowned T1D medical research organisation- JDRF Australia- to enhance the speed of new venture development and enhance industry investment outcomes of research.- Developed a nation wide venture development program, focussed on Scouting, Selecting and Supporting research teams and their projects.- Scouted nation wide for entrepreneurs and new technologies: Prioritised technologies and their teams to be supported and funded- Mentored and coached teams towards investable outcomes- Enabled $millions in pre-seed, seed and grant funding and revenue into start-ups & teams- Built National and international networks in the T1D research, funding and investment community including JDRF International with access to JDRF Venture Fund and other major T1D focussed philanthropists such as Helmsley Charitable Trust- Connected research, investment and philanthropy teams to accelerate new venture development and investment into teams
