Lead and develop the creation of assembly machines to manufacture the new military products design in Juarez. At this factory I design and installed assembly product lines under customer specification. Designing machines, elements of mechanism, templates, fixtures and tools to make these products quickly and with quality, handling different material like plastics, heat treatments (hardness’s, tempering, hard anodizing, etc), all this helped by CADRA 2004 and SOLID Works2005 Software’s… Lead and develop the creation of assembly machines to manufacture the new military products design in Juarez. At this factory I design and installed assembly product lines under customer specification. Designing machines, elements of mechanism, templates, fixtures and tools to make these products quickly and with quality, handling different material like plastics, heat treatments (hardness’s, tempering, hard anodizing, etc), all this helped by CADRA 2004 and SOLID Works2005 Software’s, improvement manufacture’s time and product quality moving up to three people per machine. Application of lower cost method used Lean Manufacture such as 6’sigma, 5’s and continuous flow, designing cells of production in U, reducing the occupied space up to 50% joining operations during the process. Responsible to resolve problems Immediately Customer Request (ICR) generated to refused client, created by defect product in the process. Implementation of engineering change order to the new product through process (ECO), resolve problems of product out to specification in the process (BOR). Redesign machines improving its product quality, application of furnaces of cure fitting and temperatures to increase its capacities of production.
