I've had the pleasure of working with Raul for over six years as a partner of Alfresco for Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay, a period during which we grew the market. Raul has a deep understanding of the software market and most of all of the South American market and the idisyncracy that has to be understood in order to have satisfied customers which he used in his position to support our company. Whenever we had a problem with an account Raul helped out proactively to get speedy solutions. Even though it was not directly his job he assumed this responsibility to keep relationships with partners and customers as smooth as possible. Raul persevered in an environment where change is a constant factor and was always up-to-date. Whenever we needed information about related products or technologies he made the right connections for us and introduced us to the right companies.
