As a Manager - Education services, my responsibilities include plan the annual training calendar scheduling the training, lead the team to market the training. Organize the trainings, collect the feedback, analyze and recommend process improvements. I also mentor the attendees on developing important Project Management artifacts and conduct assessments and report the performance to the client's organization.

I was a senior manager responsible for Admissions, Internships and Placements. I was leading a team to acquire admissions for the academic year. Coordinate with multiple corporate organizations and MNCs and facilitate internships for the students. Move into agreement with Multi national organizations in order to facilitate placements to the students. My responsibilities also include mentor students on their career road-map and counselling the students and parents during admissions.
