(i) Review documents related to the projects to ensure quality; (ii) Review and report at inception stage to ensure smooth project implementation, and it is line with the RGC’s SOP/Manuals; (iii) Assist in coordinating and conducting consultations with DPs, and EAs/IAs to ensure timely project implementation of externally funded projects/programs; Review project procurement documents to ensure consistent application of the SOP, and contracts ; (iv) Assist in monitoring and tracking progress in procurement activities under each project through PMTF; (v) Assist in reviewing and analysing the PMTF to identify key areas of bottlenecks to timely implementation of procurement; (vi) Assist in monitoring and reporting the achievement of contract awards and disbursements by DPs on a quarterly basis and identifying project implementation bottlenecks, if any, and guiding projects to meet targets; (vii) Assist in reviewing and commenting on the Project Completion Reports, especially, data related to project performance including the Design and Monitoring Frameworks, and help facilitate the conduct of project evaluation exercises.
