  Responsibilities  Conducting site inspection and safety monitoring at site.  Conducting Various HSE Training like HSE Induction, Working at Height, Permit to work, Confined space, etc.  Tool Box talks to the site and sub-contractors on a weekly basis.  Controlling the permits to work systems.  Filing and documentation of all Health Safety and Environmental related records as per the ISO 9001-2008, ISO 14001-2004 and OSHSAS 18001-2007 standards.  Accident, Incident and Near Miss investigation and preparing reports for management and client requirements.  Preparation of periodic reports such as weekly and monthly HSE statistics, Accident and incident summery etc. for the clients and management with graphical representation.  Prepare the close out report for the site observations and non-conformity reports raised by the clients.  Inspect the workplace to identify potential hazards and report the finding with recommendation for the corrective action by the concerned site department.  Participate in weekly and monthly internal HSE Meeting and prepare Minute of Meeting.  Conduct Emergency Dills to enhance employee’s awareness and responsiveness in coordination with site HSE team and record the results.  Conduct the periodic inspection of firefighting equipment, safety harness, and tools Conduct the periodic inspection of mechanical, electrical and lifting equipment  Coordinate the emergency response.  Monitor proper Disposal of FOD and rubbish at designated waste containers. Monitor airside construction works to ensure that all safety requirements are strictly observed by the contractor.
