Andy Tomecka
Rasto was always eager to try something new and when approaching a problem he had no trouble thinking out of the box, coming with interesting ideas quite often. Of course, not all of them were usable at the time, but his insights pointed to ways how to make our systems better in the long term. He came as green as they go, being fresh from university, but he caught up quite fast and he became worthy member of the team in no time. As he is still working in the same team at this time (end of 2010) I believe he is now real expert in the field, given his eagerness to learn and try new things. Rasto would be great addition to any UNIX team.
