The paths of Rasmus and I have crossed on several occasions and for the major part of 2012 I had the pleasure of working directly with him on a couple of projects. I have a few points I would like to highlight, to give you an idea of what it is like to work with Rasmus. He will maintain a constant overview. No matter which step of the process you are working on, Rasmus will keep one eye on the general flow of the product. Even though you have to go deep into the tiniest of details, he will make sure the product will maintain a sane interaction. He is incredibly thorough. Nothing is left to coincidence while working with Rasmus. His great knowledge combined with his passion for creating clean products will result in a bullet-proof result. No matter what choice he makes, whether it being one between CSS attributes or positioning in a wireframe, he will make good decisions based on great sense of real craftmanship. He has got stamina. The points above would not matter if he did not have the drive and energy to getting jobs done. Rasmus is very passionate about good results and has a unique ability to keep the goal in vision at all times. This makes him a hard worker who will strive to perfection at all times, while keeping a constant look at the project as a whole. This makes him incredible to work with on campaigns.
