Additionally, in 2015, implemented & adopted ERP… Show more From 2012 to 2022, I had the privilege of being associated with Bapu Nature Cure Hospital and Yogashram, and during my tenure, I accomplished a great deal of professional success. In 2012, I joined the organization and immediately began working towards modernizing the working environment. We conducted one-on-one meetings with more than 150 employees to understand their needs & concerns. We introduced the use of Biometric Attendance. Additionally, in 2015, implemented & adopted ERP software like Practo Instahealth & Zenoti for hospitals and medispas. One of my most significant achievements during this period was developing SOPs from the point of patient admission to discharge. This made the entire process more efficient & patient-centric. In 2017, we launched our new modern wing, catering to VIPs and NRI clients. This initiative created another source of income for the hospital and increased our clientele. In 2018, we established BNCHY Skills Academy. With the support of my team, we successfully taught more than 3000 students in person. In 2020, we also expanded our operations in Rajasthan & Uttarakhand through third-party partnerships. We were fortunate enough to secure many CSR projects, such as 1 CR from IGL, 2 CR from IOCL, and multiple PMKVY projects. We finally achieved NABH accreditation for the hospital in 2019. This accreditation was the result of hard work and dedication from the entire team, & we maintained it until 2022. To achieve NABH accreditation, various standards & protocols had to be developed, & we were one of the first two hospitals in Delhi to get accreditation under Naturopathy, Yoga, Ayurveda, and Physiotherapy. I had the privilege of being part of a team that worked towards modernizing the hospital's infrastructure, developing new initiatives like the BNCHY Skills Academy, & achieving NABH accreditation. We design, develop and ship the products and employ local villagers as sales and collection agents or Boond Officers. I worked as a financial comptroller with Boond which focused on providing solar power lamps and solar power projects in remote areas of Rajasthan. The organization's aim was to improve the standard of living in these communities by providing them with access to clean energy. My role was to ensure that the organization's finances were well-managed and allocated to the right projects. One of the most fulfilling aspects of my job was the opportunity to travel to far-off villages and tehsils to train and educate people about solar power. We wanted to create mini solar entrepreneurs who would not only benefit from using the BOOND lamps but also generate income by selling them in their communities. The training sessions were comprehensive, covering everything from the benefits of solar power to the technical aspects of setting up a mini solar enterprise. We also provided guidance on how to market and sell BOOND lamps effectively. The impact of our work was truly heartening. People in these remote communities had previously relied on kerosene lamps, which were not only inefficient but also dangerous. With the introduction of BOOND lamps, they had a reliable source of light, making their homes safer and more comfortable. Additionally, the mini solar entrepreneurs we trained had a newfound sense of purpose and the potential to generate income for their families. It was inspiring to work with an organization that was making a significant difference in people's lives, providing them with access to a basic necessity that we take for granted. The opportunity to contribute to such a noble cause was truly rewarding, and I will always cherish the memories of the time I spent with BOOND. Show less
