Rashmi worked on a couple different products at AIR, easily adapting to the shifting priorities. She worked very well with all members of the organization. Rashmi was enthusiastic and persistent when it came to her work – very good traits to have. Rashmi studied and trained on AIR products and learned domain knowledge about AIR customers and the industry. She quickly learned and refined her skills in the area of software quality test engineering, taking ownership of executing and updating test cases for key product features and enhancements. Her work was excellent. As her four-month co-op period came to an end, we asked her to stay on with us as a part-time employee. I would recommend Rashmi for any future position that she desires. She is a dedicated, productive, team-oriented worker and it is my opinion that she will succeed in whatever she sets her mind to!
