I have known Ms. Rashmi since I hired her as a fresher at the design alley in the last semester of her graduation and it quickly became evident that she was a perfect fit for our firm. Her design capabilities are very good, and she always comes up with innovative ideas. Perseverance, sincerity, and thirst for knowledge have always been the hallmark of her personality. She is extremely capable of maintaining focus for extended periods of time and her performance never falters. In this field of work, there are some problems which should be taken care of regularly, and I ought to say that she has never-ending patience and determination, when it comes to these inevitable snags. Rashmi is extremely enthusiastic, energetic, and she has a very positive attitude and I think she is perfectly capable of working independently.

Rashmi and I studied together during our masters in Environmental architecture. We worked together on multiple projects during the course. In my interim with the firm, I got exposure to real site experience for planning and designing of bungalows. With the help of my mentor and fellow architects I gained a lot diverse and practical view of thought. I co-ordinated with the contractors and worked for the interior layouts and furniture design for a new office, where I was appreciated a lot for my work. I created presentations for interior projects to help portray my perspectives and deliver them to our clients. We even had an opportunity to design the exterior elevations of school and bungalows.
