It is a pleasure for me to write a recommendation for Rashmi. Rashmi and I worked together for the two school years 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 in Ecole Mondiale World School in Mumbai where I was the Math Head of Department and she was an MYP/DP math teacher. Throughout these two years, Rashmi has always shown high professionalism in her unit plans, assessments, teaching methods, relationships with colleagues and supervisors, and many others. Rashmi is a knowledgeable Math teacher in DP and especially in MYP. She understands the IB philosophy and the MYP framework of teaching. She is great with students, especially the younger ones and has good management skills in her preparation and implementation. Rashmi is also a teacher of a growth mindset. She keeps on improving herself by attending workshops, training, and seminars. She is well trained for the MYP and DP math as we were together in both IB Math Subject Specific Seminars. She is also a team player and contributes positively to the department in numerous ways, such as sharing her training and workshops, organizing the annual Math Day, preparing the students for international Math competitions, and many others. For me, it was a pleasure working with Rashmi for two years. I hope our paths intersect again.
