Engaging with Rashina throughout her final semester as her instructor in the dynamic MS program, I was able to see how she would be a truly valuable asset to any class, any team, or any business. Her fresh insights on creative thinking, strategic planning, and sustainable empathy demonstrates her passion and determination to learn and grow; with a laser focus on making society better, especially for women and children. Beyond the virtual walls of our classroom, she is an emerging leader among her peers as a harmonious collaborator, engaging storyteller, and a mindful listener; a unique skill in the 21C. Her ability to think differently about opportunities in the world, and to synthesize her understanding of a rapidly changing world into strategy and action plans for the next generations is a huge advantage in the classroom, but more importantly will serve her very well in her professional future. Her combination of hard and soft skillsets, so needed in today’s society, creates a platform of engagement with her classmates, allowing for relevant discussions about business strategy, creative leadership, and a sustainable future during a very complex time in our world.

Rashina is a fantastic project leader and creative problem solver. Not only does she synthesize ambiguity and complexity into impactful insights, but she challenges her clients and teams to ask better questions that lead to better deliverables. It’s been a pleasure collaborating with her.
