During this experience I learned to communicate my ideas to people from the management to machine workers. Each interaction needed another approach to be able to implement the productivity improvements and the standardization of procedures. Furthermore, I feel that I was able to improve my analythical skills by doing the time study. This is because I needed to standardise the procedures so they could be monitored and measured.
