My duties include: (a) working closely with the Originations team during the LOU process; (b) working closely with the Project Managers and project developers during the underwriting process to collect all necessary due diligence; and (c) working closely with the Fund Management and Syndications departments to prepare projects for presentation to investors for multi-investor and proprietary funds. These duties include preparing preliminary transaction summaries for presentation to investors, reviewing, creating pro forma analysis and distributing due diligence documentation to investors.
