  The National Museums of World Culture of Sweden are a government agency under the Ministry of Culture. We are currently the national coordinator of the Anna Lindh Foundation network in Sweden with 100+ civil society members. I am the coordinator of the Anna Lindh Foundation Swedish network which offers support to civil society in Sweden, communication and visibility, partnership matching, assistance with fundraising, and capacity building for the members. WoMidan with Fryshuset

  I am the designer and manager of WoMidan project which is being implemented under the umbrella of Fryshuset in Stockholm. Fryshuset is a nongovernmental organization often referred to as the largest youth center in the world. It was founded in 1984 and it runs several schools and programs for vocational training, seminars and conferences, courses in theatre, music, and sport as well as hosting events. Formally, Fryshuset is a foundation headed by the YMCA of Stockholm. The overall objective of the project is to create a dialogue platform for youth from Europe and MENA region to raise awareness and exchange with decision makers about women activism and how they can play a proactive role by developing shared actions to address the current socio-political changes in the Euro-Med Region at large. My main tasks include: - Overall supervision of the project implementation in collaboration with the other project manager. - Prepare and oversee the implementation of the project budget. - Design and implement the project work plan. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with international and local partner organizations. - Prepare internal and external material (calls, presentations, applications, reports, programmes, etc.) for the project. - Manage the project logistics and coordinate with the partners for the travel and visas. - Oversee the selection process for the different project activities. - Develop and oversee the implementation of the project's communication strategy. - Provide administrative assistance when needed.   SFCG is an international organization working for ending violent conflict and building sustainable peace through three main avenues: Dialogue, Media and Community. The Organization has two headquarters: in Washington DC and Brussels.   RCMD is concerned with preparing political and cultural programs on conflict transformation and democratization in addition to providing policy makers in Egypt with consultations. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: • Coordinate the preparation of programme development proposals, project documents and budgets; • Monitor ongoing projects and oversee financial and narrative reports for donors; • Coordinate and participate in missions to the field meetings, as part of a small exploratory team that will assess potential for exploration and programme development. Specifically, this could include some or all of the following: • Organize consultations with various stakeholders; • Conduct actor and issue mapping with respect to the social and political cohesion of the context being assessed; • Organize and conduct focus group discussions; • Analyse information and prepare reports of exploratory missions. • Assess and identify potential local and international partners and provide comprehensive institutional background information; • Develop and carry out fundraising strategies and donor relations; • Monitor funding and programme development opportunities and prepare briefs for institutional discussion.
