Raquel worked with me to bring the Share an Ice Cold Coke Tour (Summer 2017) to PIER 39. She ensured that all of our agency's and the PIER's questions were answered and we were ready for the footprint of this activation. Rocky coordinated our interaction with our local team, the brand team and the tour team. She led several meetings leading up to the activation itself and prepared each member of the team. Rocky was always prepared with the items required from her at previous meetings, and with the items that she needed from us. Prior to the activation, I really felt as though I had a firm grasp on each of the elements and the support needed from myself and the PIER. The tour team that she placed onsite was fantastic; they were always open for suggestion and extremely easy to work with. Post-event, she followed up regularly to ensure all recaps and payments were fulfilled or ready to be. This activation ended up as one of the most successful that the PIER has hosted, and I think that is due in large part to the easy teamwork and sense of accountability that Rocky promotes.
