  As a Brazilian Chapter Representative, I have had the chance to propose and implement a number of initiatives at the Chapter: redesigning the website, developing and executing an editorial calendar, creating newsletters, and engaging and managing volunteers in other projects. I learned at each step of this process, acquiring technical as well as personal skills, and I am excited to see how system dynamics is further disseminated in Brazil.
