      Title: Integration of sustainability approaches in companies: an exploration of narratives and internal organizational functioning Collaboration between the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) and the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Four main projects: main responsibility for scientific content and project lead - One project focusing on adapting a change management framework to the context of sustainability integration in product development; data collected in interviews at seven Danish and Norwegian manufacturing companies and benchmark of existing literature; collaboration with the Norwegian University of Science and Technology; development of an adapted change management framework based on data analyses. - Three projects based on benchmarks of CSR reports (respective topics: life cycle assessment, life cycle thinking in the Nordic apparel industry and circular economy in the fast-moving consumer goods industry); quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis processes; mapping and analyses based on conceptual frameworks. Analytical skills: study scoping, design of analytical framework based on existing scientific literature, methodology development, qualitative and quantitative data collection and analyses. Project management skills: lead of projects involving teams of two to seven people, project framing, task coordination and team management, organisation of regular coordination meetings, workshops, individual follow-up, reporting of project status.
