Lucas Gabriel Rodrigues Ozorio
Raphael is one of the most complete and incredible people I know. From the first day I saw him, his skills became clear to me. He is a born leader, he is able to persuade everyone on the team to give their best to the project and always wants to do something more in everything he does. Raphael worked on my team at Bemobi for a whole year, from January 2018 to January 2019, and despite the fact that the period we spent together was relatively small, it was more than enough to understand that he is a professional way above the average, not only for his age, but in general. Raphael is extremely intelligent and dedicated, paying great attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture. He has a natural inclination for understanding and solving problems, and he is also a great team player, so it wasn't uncommon to see him spending time to help other teams, beyond the scope of his responsibilities.
