His name is Hi! PARIS Hi! PARIS is a multidisciplinary Center on Data Science and IA at the service of Science, Business and Society. Exponential growth in data and AI capability creates a new paradigm for scientific methods and disrupts all sectors of the economy and we want Europe to scale up and European firms and universities to be at the forefront. The Institut Polytechnique de Paris and HEC Paris Alliance already has many of the assets of the US / Asia success model: i. World-class students and exceptional pool of alumni ii. World-class professors in fields ranging from hard sciences to economics, law and management iii.   L'équipe de la Direction Carrières & Partenariats Entreprises (38 personnes en tout) travaille de façon transverse autour de 2 missions principales intimement liées : Carrières : accompagner les étudiant(e)s des programmes diplômants dans la connaissance d'eux-mêmes et l'élaboration de leur projet professionnel via des ateliers collectifs, du coaching individuel, des rencontres avec les alumni pour découvrir des parcours inspirants et de nombreuses entreprises de toutes tailles, tous… Show more L'équipe de la Direction Carrières & Partenariats Entreprises (38 personnes en tout) travaille de façon transverse autour de 2 missions principales intimement liées : Carrières : accompagner les étudiant(e)s des programmes diplômants dans la connaissance d'eux-mêmes et l'élaboration de leur projet professionnel via des ateliers collectifs, du coaching individuel, des rencontres avec les alumni pour découvrir des parcours inspirants et de nombreuses entreprises de toutes tailles, tous secteurs et pays, notamment lors des forums de recrutements. + Partenariats Entreprises : lever des fonds auprès d'entreprises engagées (solde de la CUFPA / Taxe d'apprentissage et dons dans le cadre de la nouvelle campagne de fundraising d'HEC Paris avec la Fondation HEC). Mener la réflexion amont avec les professeurs, le Doyen et la direction des entreprises afin de créer le projet le plus adapté, suivi de la mise en œuvre et développement dans le temps. A date, 42 entreprises mécènes partenaires et 800+ entreprises "verseurs" de leur solde de Taxe d'apprentissage. ------------- The Corporate Partnerships & Careers team (38 people in total) work with a collaborative spirit to create value for students, companies and society at large in the long run. 2 main missions that are intertwined: Corporate Partnerships: raise funds from committed companies who share HEC Paris' values and projects and want to be part of its vibrant ecosystem. Active participation in the creation of the partnerships with faculty, the Dean and companies' general manageemnt and follow-up of the implementation during over the years. Today, 42 corporate donors and partners. + Careers: accompany students from HEC Paris' degree programs, trying to inspire them and help them have a better sense of self and align their professional project accordingly in order to reveal their full potential and have a fulfilling life. #MakeAdifference #softskills #philanthropy #HigherEducation
