Working with Raph over the past 7 years has been amazing! She has always been a high performer, gets her stuff done and holds us all to high standards. She has navigated our many organisational shifts with grace and done a phenomenal job with stakeholder management through tough crises. All students who've worked with her rave about her mentorship, attentiveness and willingness to connect them to opportunities in wide global network. Highly recommend Raph as an entrepreneurial leader who is passionate about changing the world and makes tangible moves to drive us there!

Two years ago, as a West Africa (Francophone) manager intern at the African Leadership University, I met Raphaelle Nemo, who was my first ever manager in my career development path. Working with Raphaelle was a great experience, for she did not only focus on my task completion but cared further about my personal and career development. Through inviting me to conferences and introducing me to her colleagues, I learned to connect, communicate and build strong relationships with people. Beyond all the mentioned aspects, Raphaelle constantly made me believe that I am limitless. At that time, I studied IT while I was supposed to work as a marketer. Thanks to Raphaelle, I was able to unleash my potential in marketing even though I didn't have prior knowledge in marketing from school. That expanded my experience and potential in both fields. Dynamic, social impact enthusiast, networker, entrepreneur and mentor, Raphaelle has left her mark on many African young leaders development, including me over the past decade, whose impact is vivid.
