Raphael is a thoroughly professional Account Manager, with high intelligence, excellent experience and exceptional skills in customer success account management, portfolio and account analysis, relationship building, influencing customer behaviour improvement, delivery against KPI and business Targets, and internal stakeholder relationship building and management. I cannot recommend Raphael highly enough based on his years of delivery for HomeAway/Vrbo/Expedia in the French-speaking market, and for the pleasure it was to have him in my team. Raphael built strong relationships with his colleagues, and worked hard to successfully deliver high quality results for the business consistently over the last 3 years.

I am happy to recommend Raphael. He was a good employee and we were genuinely sad to see him leave us. He absorbed our training and mentoring extremely well, and was diligent and approachable in the execution of his role as a recruiter. He was also successful, especially given the short time that he was with the company, and I believe that he could succeed in a variety of client-facing roles. He is now looking for a role outside of recruitment, however I do believe that he would agree with me that his time in recruitment, and in particular with Universe Technology, will nevertheless provide him with an insight and ability that can be easily transferred to other roles.
