  I directly supervised and supported program officers in 31 districts in the effective and timely implementation of DFID and MasterCard-supported education programs in 848 senior high schools. This intervention created educational opportunities for vulnerable girls and boys and provided the skills, knowledge and capacity to empower rural civil society to break the cycle of poverty. In addition, I successfully led in designing a rigorous selection process and criteria for the MasterCard Foundation and DFID scholarship programs at Camfed Ghana, used for identifying and awarding scholarships to over 48,000 vulnerable girls. As the lead person on child protection, I provided an oversight role in managing multi-stakeholder engagement and capacity building, leading to a more robust local partnership infrastructure for advocacy and campaign for child protection and young women empowerment in 31 districts.   I led efforts in the randomized evaluation of the education project on a national scale, successfully carrying out a baseline survey, four midline surveys and an end-line survey. I coordinated the project by recruiting, training and managing over 150 project staff to collect data on various interventions aimed at addressing low learning levels in public primary schools. I managed the design of tools, protocols and guidelines for data collection, management, and sharing of over 20,000 data sets of students using computer-assisted technology, which addressed issues of data quality, confidentiality and levels of accountability and responsibility.
