From March, 2011. Till now: Working at Esh El-Mallaha Petroleum Co. (ESHPETCO) as Drilling & Workover Engineer. * Workover Duties & Responsibilities: 1. On-shore Workover rig supervisor, Perform Workover jobs on Eshpetco wells in Hurghada. (ESP & SUCKER ROD)(Eastern desert). Such: a. Stimulation (Hydraulic Frac, Gravel pack & Frac pack jobs). b. Recompletion of the same interval. c. Isolate, Perforate & complete in new zone. d. Downhole repair. 2. Prepare, design the Workover programs & Participate in preparing drilling programs. 3. Issuing & preparing tenders. 4. Supervise rig acceptance (inspection) as per Eshpetco check list. 5. Observe @ check all rig components & tools in daily mode. 6. Read work over programs discuss operation/HSE, contingency issues with SWE & Well .Eng. 7. Send Call out to services companies &Tools. 8. Supervise stimulation (Acid) & remedial jobs, additional perforations. 9. Supervise ESP M/U and running operation (Reda, Novomet). 10. Supervise Frac. operation in Eshpetco field. 11. Make morning report (DWR) on DIMS & send it to office crew @ 6:00hrs. 12. Hold BOP, H2S, Fire drill on Hoist site/Camp. 13. Operation plane to call services companies ,materials in due time, 14. Conduct Weekly Safety Meeting discussed HSE, Near Miss Report. 15. Supervise coil tubing Nitrogen lifting job. 16. Supervise coil tubing acid job. 17. Supervised E/L perforation job. 18. Prepare Final well report. 19. Very good practical and theoretical knowledge of the workover process and cost awareness 20. Very high HSSE awareness and knowledge. * Night Shift Drilling Supervisor Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Make morning report (DDR) on DIMS & send it to office crew @ 6:00hrs. 2. Make calculation for cement and spacer (first stage, second stage) cement, liner cementation and balanced cement plugs. 3. Cure lost circulation problem (losses). 4.
