Generasi Terampil project aims to empower adolescents (12-18 years) with 21st-century skills, digital skills, and entrepreneur skills for students in DKI Jakarta and East Java provinces. #GenerasiTerampil project also attempts to involve underprivileged, adolescent girls, people with disability, and out-of-school students.• SHI Innovation Challenge collaborated with Shiseido Group. UI & UX Design Innovation Challenge for beginners (non-Designer background, female age 16-30 yo). SinerGi phase 1 (Supporting Disaster Preparedness of Government & Communities) project was funded by BHA-USAID (2018-2019). This project was a consortium project in which WVI in collaboration with partners Save The Children Indonesia, CARE International, and Catholic World Relief, the project aimed to enhance community resilience in managing disaster risk. My responsible in this project were to manage and develop a strategy for project implementation as follows:Assisted and facilitated safe school in 1 elementary school, 2 preschool (PAUD), 1 special needs school covering areas such in Jakarta and Tangerang.Facilitated Mental Health and Psychosocial Support capacity building in disaster preparedness for communities and stakeholders.Facilitated Mental Health and Psychosocial Supported module development process for communities and stakeholders.Coordinated with key stakeholders to conduct collaboration for project implementation.Reported project progress to direct supervisor.Achievement: Initiated the development of a disaster preparedness toolkit for special needs schools. Managed and contributed to developing Faith Leaders modules for six religions in Indonesia - Psychosocial support & psychological first aid modules in a disaster context.In SinerGi Phase 2 (2020-2022), the project collaborate with different partners as consortium which is Humanitarian Forum Indonesia (HFI) & RedR. My main responsibility: Developing implementation strategy Ensuring the implementation of disaster preparedness at school level, Psychosocial support capacity for faith leaders and Youth on Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) training align with project design, timeline, budget and target.
